1.EPS/Rockwool sandwich panel production line adopts advanced technology integrating pneumatic, electric and mechanical technologis. It is the special machine for the production of the heat insulated color-steel sandwich plates.
2.The operation speed of EPS/Rockwool panel production line is stepless computer-controlled to realize the stable operation speed and simple operation of the production line.
3.The length of the EPS/Rockwool panel production line can be controlled by the computer system based on the user’s requirements. The computer system has precise orientation and has timed display on the touch screen. And it has automatic counting and correcting.
4.EPS/Rockwool panel multiple-function compound production line is equipped with the molding machine and can produce 10 types of plates.
5.The shapes of the corrugated compound plates can be designed and modified according to user´s requirements so as to satisfy needs of different users.

THE WORK FLOW OF SANDWICH PANEL LINE:
Decoiling: Feeding of the material for bottom metal strip
Roll Forming: Producing the Bottom metal strip for roof/wall panel
EPS/Rockwool Feeding Table: Placing the middle part of the sandwich panel
Dripping glue onto top and bottom metal strips
Heating of strips for better adhesions of glue
Rolling edges of the strips
Connecting parts and roll forming together
Making slot (milling cutting to cut extra parts of EPS) of panels for specific length
Confirming length
Cutting adjusted by PLC touch screen.
