Brief introduction： F2-1500 double-layer large-scale blow molding machine adopts molding craft of various large-scale and super-huge type hollow plastic products and is special developed according to material feature. F2-1500can produces double-layer plastic products as follow:
A）IBC container barrel and augmented product.
B）Various specifications hollow blow tray
C）Blow molding roadblocks
D）Storage barrels
E）Floating barrels（Can assemble and become pontoon, water platform）

Our FT1500-120X2 single layer large-scale blow molding machine is sole machine has been put into use. There have 4 ser production lines in China.
F2-1500 is sole machine that can produce double layer large-scale plastic products in China.
1：the production capacity of 1000L IBC container barrel reaches：17/ hour。

Inner layer： 40-60%
Out layer：40-60%

Basic configuration：
Die head：cooperate with foreign technical, patent combined type double-layer accumulatordie head with imported thickness controller.
Thickness controller：Adopt B&R 100 point thickness controller from Austria.
Extrusion system：the two layer both use 120mm diameter screw. L/D is 30D. Adopt imported automatic temperature control device, drive by DC motor through gear box. By adjusting the quantity of extrusion can regulate the inner and outer corresponding thickness and proportion.
If you want to improve thickness and ratio precision of inner and out layer, it can equips two Weighing measuring feeding system.
Clamping unit：New type clamping structure, linear rolling guild, linear displacement sensor.
Take out unit：Drive by air cylinder, linear rolling guild, achieve automatic removal product.
Bottom blowing：Dedicated bottom blowing according to products.
Pneumatic system：Pneumatic elements adopt FESTO and SMC brand.
Hydraulic system：reliable motion, noninterference. Main hydraulic valve adopts YUKEN products.
Electric system: computer control system adopts European control module, advanced man-machine interface instead of panel function, high degree of system automaticity, flexible application function (technological parameter setting), whole state concentration display, with open architecture and field bus interfaces, can operate directly.
