Welded plate heat exchanger features

Full welded plate heat exchanger mainly consists of frame plate, heat exchanger plate, inlet and outlet nozzle, flange and fastening bolt. It’s mainly divided into non-detachable, single-sided detachable and two-sided detachable types. The maximum working temperature can reach 400℃ and the maximum working pressure can reach 3.5 MPa.

Welded plate heat exchanger advantages

1.Compared with the tube plate heat exchanger, full welded heat exchanger has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, small, compact structure, light weight, strong adaptability, low heat loss and low price.
2.Compared with the gasket plate heat exchanger, full welded heat exchanger has the characteristics of high working pressure and avoids the leakage and replacement of the gasket caused by thermal aging.
