Gasket plate heat exchanger features

Gasket plate heat exchanger mainly consists of plates and gaskets. It’s formed by a fixed frame plate and a movable plate and compressed by tightening bolts. According to different service conditions, the plate materials are mainly divided into ss304, ss316L, SMO254, titanium plate, alloy C276, etc. The gasket material is mainly EPDM, NBR and Viton gasket. The connection diameter is optional from DN32 to DN400. The hot and cold medium forms turbulent flow in the adjacent flow channels to exchange heat. Compared with the shell and tube heat exchanger, the gasket plate heat exchanger has a more compact structure and higher heat exchange efficiency.
