•PHT core plate inserting machines are used in several types of transformers. The automatic type will insert the E & I core plate into the core maintaining an accurate count. It features high speed, excellent performance, a simplified operating process, labor savings and provides stable product quality.
•The structure of the machine is made of special heat treaded steel. This machine is easy to install and maintain. There are E & I plate storages on both sides of the machine. Press the start button and the core plates will be automatically inserted into the coil or transformer up to the required specks, it will also automatically stop when any core plate is clipped during work. The machine comes with a sturdy bobbin clamp to hold the bobbin firmly in position. This clamp will automatically open when the insertion is finished.
