The following diagram is showing the structure of multi-plunger high pressure diaphragm pump. The pump body consists two parts: An oil room full of lubricating oil B pump room of pressurized liquid delivery. The oil room and pump room are separated by diaphragm , and there is no drive device or seal device producing friction in the pump room.

Special materials with high corrosion resistance and wear resistance are used for the body and chamber of the pump.

No need to open the pump body in order to change diaphragm and valve.

Motor efficiency could be as high as 85% and pressure could be 0~150kgf/cm²

Smooth operation due to multi-plunger structure. Additionally, oil pressure drive diaphragm can control the pulse and maintain low noisy.
- User-friendly
Defects related shaft sealing can be avoided due to o seals in this pump and no water exhaling due to effective self-suction. The bilateral rotation of the pump shaft makes it easy for operation.
Application
- To deliver slurry containing fine particles, such as dye slurry, paint slurry, etc. so as to match high pressure granulation equipment, etc.
- Reverse osmosis membrane pressurized water delivery equipment and matching valve pressure test equipment of sea water desalinating unit, ultra pure water preparation equipment, etc.
- To convey sludge to pressure filter, inhale sludge from or convey sludge to gas explosion groove.
- High pressure cooling liquid of deep-hole drilling machine and machining centre for deep-hole processing or ceramic grinding.
- The cleaning of precision machining components, printed circuit board and post processing of burr.
- The swill of food factory conveyor belt or machine; high-pressure cleaning of ships or vehicles.
- To convey high tricky liquid, such as glue, adhesive, jam, wheat paste, cream, etc.
