This machine is suitable for hot forming & embossing of open-celled polyurethanes (PU), leather, PE foam, laminated sponge, knitting cotton, PVC and PU coated fabrics, upholstery fabrics,upholstery leather, soft plastic products, such as shoe insole, shoes upper, shoes face, shoes pad, chair back, seat cover, chair cushion, sofa seat cover, handbags/backpacks, auto floor mats, carpets, PU phone cover and so on.

4. Electric control panel features pre-programming capabilities (provides optional automatic or manual operation modes), is isolated from both the platen and hydraulic systems, which virtually eliminates the detrimental effects typically associated with heat and hydraulic mechanisms.
5. Aluminium alloy pressing plate with electric heating device, equipped with intelligent temperature control device to control upper and lower heating plate separately, temperature is adjustable according to processing requirement for perfect forming & embossing.
