Advantage

The film with no toxic , no smell , no benzene.
It will not occur any pollution gas and material during the laminating process , anti-fire which caused by the use and storage of flammable solvent .

The film is with color saturation and brightness and brilliant bonding. It protect the prindting goods blistering after die cutting bumping. Matt thermal lamination film is applied for part UV coating , hot stamping, etc.

it is easy to operate once the required temperature is met and no special technique is require

Production is reduced substantially as there is no film wastage, mixture of adhesive solvent, and no UV heating lamp is required.

５. Adaptable to different kinds of machines:
This is widely used in dry laminator and wet laminator. Small adjustments need to be made to the machine if the film is used in wet laminator

Process parameter:
Equipment for laminating film: dry and wet laminating film machine
Temperature: normal: 85-100°C; special: 100-110°C
Roller pressure: 8-15MPa
Speed: 8-50m/min
Remarks: special laminations are those with thicker ink, solid color, high moisture content and bigger size paper
Application :
1. Adjust roller pressure and temperature according to different types of paper and ink.
2. When first time using the film or changing the printing material & technological conditions , we recommend a small volume trial before large quantity using.
3. The following situation will cause the poor quality of the film laminating
a. Use the metal ink.
b. The ink contains too much wax, dried oil , adhesive and silicon additive, etc.
c. The ink is too thick
d. The ink is not completely dry
e. When the paper contains too much moisture
f. Dusting too powder
