Unused Cosmetic Compounding System, Maker MORIMATSU, YOM 2022

Process Description:
The system is used to produce cosmetic and regulated drug (OTC) consumer products. Ingredients are transferred (by vacuum induction or direct dosing) to the main vessel, support vessel, and premix support vessel. These are mixed to create separate premixes (e.g., oil and water phases). Once the premixes are prepared, they will be transferred (from the premix support vessel to the main or support and from the support to the main) in a controlled manner. During the transfer, the premixes are dispersed using the receiving vessel's homogenizer or agitator system. The phase(s) are dispersed until a homogeneous working mass with the required viscosity is obtained. Optionally the working mass can be circulated during dispersion through either a subsurface recirculation loop or a full recycle loop (depending on batch size). If needed, other ingredients can also be introduced into the working mass as required by the recipe. Once the working mass is ready (now called final mass), it will be discharged into an intermediate storage container that will be used for filling purposes.

Process Modulization:
The whole 9.5T&20T skid is divided into six area:
Area No. 760: 1.5T Kettle 6T Kettle & 9.5T Kettle
Area No. 761: 3T Kettle 12T Kettle & 20T Kettle
Area No. 762: 1.5T TCU
Area No. 763: 6T & 9.5T TCU & 9.5T System risil matt drum
Area No. 764: 3T & 12T TCU
Area No. 765: 20T TCU & 20T System risil matt drum
