DADAU Extrusion Blow Molding Machine for producing the 6 layers car fuel tanks V3.0, DDSJ650X6C , is designed and manufactured by DADAU team, which was shipped to abroad in July 2018 to the customer under turn-key project as a whole production line. 

DDSJ650X6C Consist of the extrusion systems with 6 extruders, 1 co-extrusion die-head, 100 points axial parison wall thickness control system, clamping unit, blowing unit, robot tor fetching the products, electric control system,hydraulic system, pneumatic system, cooling system, automatic material feeding system, and the safety control devices,as well as the cruash system. 

The 6 layers refers to one HMW-HDPE inner layer, one HDPE with additive agent outer layer, one recycling layer, two tie layers, and one EVOH barrier layer. Each layer is strictly controlled by a certain percentage due to the requirement of the car fuel tanks.

The die head runner adopts the most advanced spiral flow runner, and the analysis and design is optimized by Flow2000 software. There are no weld marks, and the blank quality is evenly distributed.

Full servo motor control, machine control network, using etherCAT bus
Omron multi-function PLC is used for motion control. The main low-voltage electrical components are French Schneider and Japanese Omron original parts, etc..

6-Hydraulic system
Hydraulic servo drive, servo valve adopts American MOOG company products, energy saving, low noise, low oil temperature
The main valves (action valves, flow valves, reversing valves) and pumps are original parts of well-known brands (such as Eaton, Daikin, etc.).

7-Fault diagnosis system
Comprehensive fault diagnosis system with detection alarm prompts for quick troubleshooting

8-Security Protection System
Strict safety chain protection function to protect equipment and protect the personal safety of operators
