Simple Introduction:

Loreek brand reclaimed rubber equipment is a device that recycles waste rubber products to restore their rubber properties. Under the combined effects of plasticizers (softeners and activators), oxygen, heat, and mechanical shear, some rubber chains of waste rubber are broken, thereby achieving the purpose of restoring its rubber properties. It mainly consists of dynamic desulfurization, rubber mixing, rubber refining and rubber kneading sections. After these procedures, the final products is reclaimed rubber sheet.

Application of reclaimed rubber:

Reclaimed rubber can replace some of the original rubber for the production of various rubber products.100% recycled rubber can also be used to produce rubber products with low performance requirements. Because of the excellent processing performance and low price of recycled rubber, it is only about one-fifth the price of raw rubber. Therefore, recycled rubber is widely used. It can not only reduce the cost of rubber products, but also improve the production process performance.
