Application Range 
This fish feed oil spraying machine is mainly adopted for the adding of oil, grease and other liquids, as well as the compound fertilizer. It is also applicable for the food, grain, chemical industry.
Control System 
PLC is adopted as the control system of this machine. It is equipped with rough, fine filter. It has the features of advanced structure, high accuracy, easy operation and maintenance.

Technical Features
1. Total addition amount and instantaneous flow rate can be displayed on the programmable table.
The addition amount and liquid density can be input through the operation panel and stored in the memory.
a. All set data are protected for power off.
b. Both manual and automatic control modes are available. c. Large screen for the display of the adding amount.
2. PLC pc is built in which can control the speed of the gear pump automatically and allocate the nozzles.
3. Test the feeding capacity automatically, produce the initial data, adjust the quantity of the liquid.
4. The spraying pressure and addition amount can be altered by changing the frequency of the gear pump.
a. A heating device for the liquid tank is reserved so that animal grease can be sprayed even under low temperature.
b. Both fine and rough filters are equipment and easy for cleaning.
c. Flow meter with high precision and enlarger with good resistance are equipped to ensure adding accuracy.
