· Coolant properties like cooling, rust prevention, ph value etc remain intact hence avoiding total replacement and disposal.
· The system is portable and hence can be used for multiple machine tanks on the shopfloor.
· The process of separation is mechanical i.e. there is no chemical reaction involved. Hence, the media is not consumed and hence does not need to be replaced.
· Due to continuous pumping, the coolant is circulated and does not remain stagnant. This provides aeration and hence avoids bacterial growth leading to elimination of foul smell and chances of dermatitis.
· There is no skill required in operating the unit. The design enables for plug in and forget about it operation.

Installation
1. Handling Note
1.1 Keep box up when carrying, avoid bump after unpacking ;
1.2 Oil Suction components belongs to fragile parts, avoid bump or excessive force when installing.
1.3 Please install the oil and water separator in a stable and safe ground, avoid the machine bumping, avoid short-circuit of mixture inlet.
2.Operation Procedure
2.1 Expand the folding bracket and fix it with M4 screws;
2.2 Place machine stably and reliably without shake or tilt;
2.3 Place the oil suction device into mixture tank, and connect the outlet pipe of suction device to the inlet of machine.
2.4 Connect outlet and overflow of cutting liquid with two pipes; The other end of the pipe need to be put into the mixer tank.
2.5. Plug the power cord connector into the power inlet.
Warranty Terms
- The warranty period is one year and within this time frame, if there are any technical problems, we would repair them for free including the new parts that needed for repair;
- The warranty period of water pump and motor is three months; Wearing parts are not under warranty;
- The purchasing date is the invoice date (If the customer didn’t have invoice, refer to the purchasing date).
- If the models have been stopped producing, we only do the function repairing. Please kindly read the operation manual before using.
