This tube is made for a famous French cosmetic brand. The thread on head of tube has to be "not too loose and not too tight", easy to open and close. The part surface has to be very neat / smooth for laser printing after corona treatment. So all inserts of cavities and cores have to be very precise and well polished. As the production cycle time is very short with high injection presure, the long inserts have to be very strongly fixed but also need to be replaced easily. We worked out a special insert structre to achieve that and customer is very satisfied.
