Established in 1978 for export business, Taiwan Mold Tool (TMT) now has eight factories in Taipei Taiwan and GuangZhou China. TMT has 1,506 employees for mold making and production business. TMT uses advanced CAD/CAE/CAM/CNC/CMM equipments to transfer its professionalism into the required result, a perfect product. For 3D part file, we can read Pro/E, Catia, SolidWorks, UG, or STEP/IGES format. For 2D part drawing, we can read DWG / DXF format. For files bigger than 10MB, FTP site can be utilized for efficiency. We utilize state of the art Moldflow for CAE. We adopts contemporary PowerShape, PowerMill, and Cimatron for CAM. We use 3 and 4-axis CNC machine centers for accurate manufacture in tolerance. We select proper electrode materials for EDM finish including optical mirror polish. To support customers in quick trial sample assessment, in addition to mold dimensional report, we also provide part dimensional measurement data from CMM together with trial molding parameters, plus our forward action proposal. To ensure we provide customers with excellent quality and outstanding service, we establish five project teams. To achieve
"Respond Right At First Time", we set up a "Dual Operational Channel", receiving every e-mail by both the respective Project Manager (PM) and the Coordinator" and responding to the customer at shortest time, a seamless project manegement communication, thus reduce customer's pressure. To fully support our customers / friends, we work from 08:00 am till 20:00 pm. During long holidays, PMs will access e-mail system to check any urgency and reply, though our system always advises our customers of our holidays at least fourteen workdays before. With 30-year of professionalism, we are capable of making molds that meet customer's detailed requirements and complex part molding condition. If a customer has only limited idea about the mold structure his part requires, we will help him according to our experience. Work with efficiency, with us!!
