1)材料加工：選用優質45#鋼、合金鋼、優質鋼，以先進的熱處理工藝調質、 去應力、淬火。輥內壁精車壁厚均勻，淬火後表面硬度可達HRC
50∼58。
2）內部結構：由內到外分別為中心軸、隔熱層、加熱層、輻射層、保溫層、反 射層、高溫塗料層等組成。
3）加熱方式：電磁感應加熱，節能效率達50∼70%，電磁感應加熱輥表面最高
溫度可達400℃以上。
4）表面處理：鍍硬鉻、噴塗陶瓷或碳化鎢，經精磨、研磨拋光等處理，粗糙度Ra
0.01(光潔度14級)。
5）加工精度：輥面溫差≦±1℃，熱變形≦0.01mm，直線度、跳動、同軸度≦0.

Heating method: Electromagnetic induction heating .( energy-saving efficiency: 50%-70%. The maximum temperature of the roller surface can reach above 400℃). Surface treatment hard chrome plating,spraying ceramic or tungsten carbide.,finish grinding, grinding and polishing.
Machining precision: 1 After quenching,hardness of roller surface is HRC55~58 2 Roughness is Ra 0.01, finish14,temperature difference ≦±1℃, thermal deformation ≦0.01mm,straightness≦0.01mm , run out≦0.005mm, coaxiality≦0.005mm
