材料均選用45#無縫鋼管或合金鋼，經熱處理、機械加工, 精磨後，表面鍍硬鉻，再精密精磨研磨而成，或做成鏡面。
塗布輥全跳動、直線度、不圓度、同軸度等＜0.002mm ， 硬度大於HRC65，光潔度：Ra0.05 ，磨擦性能好，耐磨損。
廣泛適用於：塗布機、複合機、印刷機、包裝機、皮革機及各種薄膜生產線，造紙生產線，大型印刷設備、複膜設備。

High precision coating roller:
Material : high quality 45# ,20#steel tubes or alloy steel tubes.
Processing: heat treating,maching,finish turning ,hard chrome plating, accurate grinding, grinding and polishing by the 3M abrasive mirror polishing machine.
Parameter: 1.After hard chrome plating,the hardness of the roller surface is above HRC65. 2.Roughness:Ra0.05,finish14,Straightness<0.002mm,out-roundness<0.002mm,coaxiality<0.002mm.
Application: Used in plastic film, paper, reflection material, tape,cloth, leather, metal foil, medical material, electronic industries or other basic materials for coating and topping with gum.
