1.0    HIGH-LEVEL ELECTROMECHANICAL INTEGRATION

Eliminate conventional cone drum mechanism, reversing and building mechanism, and adopt server motors to drive separately.
Apply modern drive and control technology to form the high -accuracy follow control system that realize synchronous control between motors, and spin with optimum roving tension.
Four motors are used to drice: two of them are used to drive flyer and roller operations separately, another one for bobbin windingm and the fourth for lofting and lowering the bobbin rail. On the basisi of HY491A, teist changeable gears are removed, and twist value can be inputted directly by the operation screen.
Production parameters can be inputted conveniently be color-touch-screen which is used as man-machine interface. It is convenient to control and adjust roving tension. The production data of various specification can be saved in the computer, so it isn't necessary to experiment and adjust as changing the product. It is very simple and convenient to operate for its real-time display of running state and faults warning, as weel as fuction of operation guide appering as soon as touching.

2.0   SUPERIOR QUALITY ROVING

Worldly prevail drafting system of 4-roller with double short aprons is adopted. Between the first and the second roller is collecting zone without drafting, which is good for the production of roving with superior quality.
In the whole course of roving, the control system of real-time measure and feedback, which is composed of many high-accuracy rotary encoders and computer, controls the roving tension strictly according to the mathematics model.
The unique control system that can restrain yarn faults effectively at the start and the stop of the machine, guarantees the stability of roving quality.
Travelling blower & suction system suck the waste from the top cleaner automatically, working with high-efficient suction device at back of the machine clean the waste on the top rail cover and the roller beam, as well as the waste scraped off from the bottom cleaner circularly, and reduce yarn defects effectively.
Applying the patent technology of power cut-off the breakages or yarn faults happening on whole machine when accident disconnection fault caused on outer electricity network
 

3.0    HIGH SPEED

Adopt fully enclosed high-speed flyer. The maximum mechanical speed can reach 1600rpm.
Controlled by microcomputer, the rotational speed of flyer can be changed automatically in the case of big package, so can reduce the breakage of roving and improve production efficiency.
The fully-enclosed main drive box lubricated with oil bath has the features of high speed and low noise.
 

4.0   CONVENIENT MAINTENANCE

The structure of driving is simple, saving time of maintenance
