Located in Hefei, China, we are a high-tech enterprise specialized in the R&D, manufacture and sale of Optic Products, Electronic Products and Machinery. With total investment of RMB50,000,000, we commit ourselves to the research and development of optoelectronic color sorters which utilize special opto-source like infrared ray and ultraviolet radiation, intelligent color sorters and CCD color sorters for the best solutions of sorting purpose. We have successfully developed YJT color series sorters with continuous effort of all 150 professional staff members.
Our brand-new YJT color series sorters are hi-tech products designed and developed to replace similar products at home and abroad. Our YJT series products use optoelectronic principle and utilize the latest DSP (Digital Signal Processor) technology instead of traditional industry control computer system and the fussy logic arithmetic and SVM (Support Vector Sorter) arithmetic system. With double viewing mirrors and secondary sorting capacity for precise sorting work, our YJT color sorters have reserved the functions of primary sorting machines and the channels that primary sorting or secondary sorting can be freely set. The state-of-the-art design of optoelectronic sensors and computer-controlled systems in addition to the high-speed electromagnetic mechanism have been adopted in the machine, and also the color display and touch screen have been installed. Thus, it can be said that YJT color sorter completely realizes the automatic control mode, the sorting accuracy and the convenient operation mode, which are prior to similar products.
Our YJT color series sorters will not cause any pollution in work with the ability of sorting and separating impurities from paddy rice, legume, grain, sesame, potato chips, sugar granule, salt, pearl, resin, plastic particle, metal particle and others, and are widely applied in food processing, cereal processing and chemical industries.
