1) MK-XL IV (44) -Scraps Automatic Robot

2) MK-XL VI (46), Coolant Recovering System
Overall Efficiency Assessment Report: Since the Ph value is retained to its original value of above pH 7 the coolant will be as good as new. The life of the coolant is extended i.e. we need not replace the coolant every 3 or 6 months. It can be reused any number of times, and deodorization unit is take care coolant water can cycle and fresh. Rusting of machine and component is avoided, component quality and surface finish improves, cutting tool life is up 30% minimum, coolant consumption will be reach ZERO WASTE COOLANT EMISSION, economic efficiency and environmental protection.

3) MK-XX V (25), Chips Compactor
Chips compressed only contain less than 4% coolant, raise the price of recycling, save the space in factory, decrease the volume of waste chips to 1/5~ 1/50.
We are glad to introduce “STARK series” machine tool’s Coolant Health-Maintaining System, because AMM insisted in inventing and advancing totally based on customers’ needs.
