Working Principle

QG airs-pulse drier is a drier of large quantity production. With the principle of instant drying, it utilizes heat-carrying air's quick move to drive wet raw material and make it float in the hot air. This can strengthen the whole drying process and improve the speed of mass and heat transfer. Raw material dried by this equipment has its unbound water removed completely and can never be deteriorated. With its output remarkably higher than that of general driers, the equipment can help its users achieve relatively high economic benefits in a short time.
Materials to be dried

The type of drying equipment is suitable for many raw materials. Besides the raw materials dried by the basic driers, the following raw materials can also be dried. They are hypnone, A.B.C intermediate, A.B.S resin, A.S.C, white carbon black, phthalimidine, catalyst for oxalic acid, accelerant m.d.m, catalyst, deposited carbon powder, p-acetamidobenzene sulfonyl chloride, sodium para-aminosalicylate, terephthalic acid, diethylaniline, titanium dioxide, active carbon, sodium fluosilicate, fluoric ore, ammmonium sulphate, silica gel powder, synthesis resin, calcium hydrogen phosphate, PP, aureomycin, sodium disilicate, oral glucose, sodium sulfate, sulphide ore, phosphorus ore powder, blue BB, PVC, phosphate fertilizer, acheomycin, ferric oxide, calcium carbonate, ilmenite, copper ore, potato, tail coal, stearate, maize protein, medicine, dose, lees and so on.
