Roller bearings
Sintono Mega 2 is a special grease which has been developed in order to meet harsh industries requirements. Sintono Mega 2 is a unique lubricant based on perfluorinated oils with special metal soaps. Due to its newest thickener we succeed to combine the chemically and thermally positive properties of the very stable perfluorinated base oils with the excellent properties of the metal soaps. With this technology not only the deep groove ball bearings will be well lubricated but also big roller bearings such as cylindrical roller bearings, spherical roller bearings and taper roller bearings. The mechanic-dynamic properties have been tested under various important parameters with the well-known FE8 and FE9 grease life test rig.

Sintono Mega 2 is suitable for the lubrication of roller bearings, thermally high loaded chain reversing wheels, thermally loaded drum-type bearings, e.g. in double belt presses of the wood working industry, rollers in the foil stretching machines and tenter frames as well as electric motors with a speeds up to 300.000 dm.n. Sintono Mega 2 is also used for long-term lubrication of rollers in conveyors.
