The RIC-TC5200 Series Teach-in CNC Lathe
On the RIC-TC5200 series Teach-in CNC lathe, we have swing over bed 1100mm, 1300mm, 1600mm with distance between centers from 1500mm~7000mm and the spindle bore is from 6” (153mm) up to 20” (500mm). The machine can perform heavy loading 5000kg as a result of its stronger body. The head stock features 3 steps auto speed changed by gears. The machine can also have Cs-axis function with the power turret as option to do spindle indexing at any speed. The ball screw is in the center of the bed for a more stable and stronger body frame. There are 3 V-slide ways on the bed for high precision machining and the width bed is 770mm. The standard machine is including Spindle oil cooler, Air conditioner for electrical cabinet; Chip conveyor & High pressure coolant pump 6 bars. The chip conveyor is settled at front for easy to clean the chips. We have FAGOR, FANUC, SIEMENS and MITSUBISHI for customer’s choice. Beside the 4 positions electric turret, we also have SAUTER 4 positions electric turret, 8 positions Hydraulic turret with Japanese disk and 8 positions SAUTER electric turret with Japanese disk or VDI disk as options. The hydraulic tailstock movement is by electric motor with the quill movement by hydraulic system. As it is a large machine, it can be loaded in a 40’HQ container to save the freight cost.
