Air knife characteristic:

5) It can be matched with hot air blower. It can be dried by hot air or dried or sterilized by hot air.

6) Except for my dry use, also can be used as air curtain isolation, reduce the cold / hot air loss.

Application:

The air knife produces a powerful wind screen which can be used in various blowing and air cooling applications, for example:
1)  automotive industry: for blowing extra water, cooling liquid, dust, crumbs, etc., and spraying, cooling, drying and dust removing before plate spraying.
2)  the electronics industry: electronic circuit boards in the assembly before the rapid drying.
3)  canned drinks and bottles: beverage bottle label, inkjet or packaging, bottle or bottle of water and attachments blowing.

Specification

Note:

1) Super air knives above 450mm should have air intake at both ends as much as possible. The longer the length is, the air inlets should be increased accordingly, otherwise the effect of the air knife will be affected. 2) The super air knife deliquoring and purging distance should be between 20mm and 60mm, otherwise the effect will be reduced.

3) Compressed air should be 0.55~0.69Mpa.

4) An air filter should be used to ensure the air is dry.

5) The distance between all filters and the objects to be blown should be controlled within 5meter.

6) When connecting the hose, no foreign objects can enter the hose.

7) The air consumption stated in the above table refers to the super air knife with a port clearance of 0.05mm.
