1. Advantages: 

1. The lid cover can be made with bolts fixed or door hinge for easy opened cleaning.
2. Jacket for heating/cooling is available.
3. Widely used for mixing large capacity production, also for mixing powder materials together with some liquid materials, the machine can be equipped with spraying nozzles for spraying the liquid materials with powder if used for liquid-powder mixing.
4. Screw conveyor(or vacuum feeder) machine as auxiliary equipment for loading materials into the ribbon mixer.

2. Working Principles: The machine designed consist of U type mixing drum body, ribbon components, frame and transmission units. The ribbon components design with double layer, the outside layer ribbons push the materials into the center area, and the inside layer ribbons move the materials towards into the edge sides in the same time, which complete the mixing process with convective motions, for getting high uniformity and reduce the mixing time with high-efficient. The discharging outlet of the machine is equipped on the middle bottom of the mixing drum body, and driven by pneumatic valve for open/close to ensure no dead zone during discharging/mixing.
