The replaceable carbide cutter woodturning blade that address fatigue, safety and efficiency like no other tools. These wood CNC lathe knife are designed to effortlessly remove massive amounts of material on any woodturning project without the need for sharpening.

Knife body: 40Cr Steel, size 20*20*150mm or 25*25*150mm

Knife blade: high quality solid carbide

Blade length: 40mm

Cutting angle: 17 degree

Blade tip radius: 1mm or 1.5mm or 2mm

Blade thickness: 13mm

Blade Hardness: 91-91.5 HRC

CNC Wood Turning Machine Cut Blade Features:

1, Super wearproof

We utilize carbide inserts in our carbide lathe tools which are at least 20 times more resistant to wear than high speed steel, which is common in more advanced wood lathe tools. The woodturning lathes bits’ carbide blade hardness is up to 91 HRC, super antiwear property.

2, High precision

Line error within 0.1mm, cutter tip smooth over 95%, ensure the great surface when the machine use two sets lathe cutter lathing.

CNC Wood Lathe Machine Cutter Applicable Materials:

Red wood, rose wood, hard wood, medium hard wood, plastic, acrylic, carbon fiber, resin, etc. Also can get good surface when work on soft wood and softer wood.

CNC Lathe Machine Knife Notice:

As this wood cnc lathe cutter blade is cemented carbide, high hardness, it is more fragile than high speed steel. In order to avoid damage to tools, we had better to avoid touching sands, small stones, nails, induration etc. When then cnc wood turning machine knife is not sharp, we had better to replace it to avoid the blade damage.

When sharpen the carbide woodturning tools, please grind with the diamond wheel and water.
