Features:
1. Vacuum table is convenient for the user to fix the work piece by vacuum suction. Also with aluminum T slot for clamp fixing.
2. Heavy duty steel structure with vibrating stress relief (VSR) to relief residual stress. The stability is excellent, not easy to be deformed and great stability.
3. The machine adopts gantry movement, it can process any kinds of materials freely. Double motors and drivers for Y axis, make the machine work fast and stable.
4. The machine X Y Z axis adopts Japan Yaskawa servo system with Taiwan reducer, makes the machine work stable and fast for heavy cutting.
5. You can choose 6 heads to work at the same time, also you can choose any head to work independently. It is easy to adjust each head distance to adjust cutting distance.
5. X and Y axes adopt rack gear and Hiwin square guiding rail transmission, faster working, higher efficiency and low cost.
6. Z axis adopts Taiwan TBI ball-screw and imported linear orbit, stable working, high precision and long life time.
6. Well compatibility: CAD/DAM designing software e.g. Type 3/Artcam/Castmate/Wentai etc.
