1 general introduction

  JQT Series lightweight wall panel machine is a new precast production machinery , 

which is specialized in forming wall panel for variety of industrial and civil construction.

2 Raw materials

  (1). Industrial ash,slag,fly ash,coal gangue,pumice,shale,haydite, etc..

   (2).Expanded perlite or industrial wasted

   (3).Added with a certain proportion of ordinary cement

   (4).1.6-3mm low-carbon steel wire for strengthening.

3 Size of output products

  Width:normally 600mm

  Thickness :from 60mm-180mm upon your needs

  Holes: 3 - 7  

  Hole diameter: 58mm-132mm

  The size of the products is flexible, so you can choose the most suitable size upon your needs and your 

   market.
