        Precast Concrete hollow core slab machine

Hollow-Core of JWT began the production of hollow-core slabs on 1999 using the Elematic extrusion system.

Hollow core slabs are precast, prestressed concrete elements that are generally used for flooring. Some of their advantages are as follows: long spans, no propping; flexible in design; fast construction; light weight structures.

The machinery was designed to produce the sizes of hollow core slabs:

Thickness *width(mm):120mm*500mm; 120mm*600mm;                                              120MM*900MM; 20mm*1200mm;  150mm*600mm

150mm*900mm; 150mm*1200mm;180*600mm,180*900mm,180MM*1200mm'

And we also design the machinery as per your specified requirements .
