IB Group manufactures innovative high-capacity industrial depositors for the production of all kinds of shortbread biscuits.
There are several sizes of depositors: 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm for the production with ovens up to 80m long.
Modern dosing system ensures perfect and stable weight in a row of different types of biscuits.
All details of depositors which contact food products are easy to dismount and wash. Moulds can be quickly changed to start production of different products.
Simple and convenient control of operation with touch screen 10’’ display.
Control and servo drives- Schneider.
System of cooling and heating  of hoppers and  depositing head.
Supplementary options: rotational nozzles for biscuit depositing, belt table for the production of “plaits” with filling, pneumatic press, pneumatic guillotine, wire-cut device, diaphragm device, additional depositing head for fillings and caramel feeding.
Depending on the tasks of production, depositor can be manufactured with or without movement of depositing head along belt, with 1/2/3 feeding heads, with additional hopper for filling feeding on the top of product.
