Characteristics:
1. Electric apparatus part.
Our machine adopted international advanced controlling system of electric apparatus with high automation, low maintenance and few failures.
2. Unwinding part.
Give out fabric automatically by pneumatic and automatically rectify the deviation by photoelectron tracking.
3. Color code Tracking.(Printed Bg)
We imported advanced color code electric-eye tracking, which is appropriate to continuously printed bags.
4.Cutting part.
Our machine employed heating cutting knife device and bag rubbing device .Therefore, the mouth of bag is easy to open and won't be conglutinate. We use Panasonic’s servo to calculate length of bag in order to make cutting even more accurate.
5. Turnaround Part.
With the installation of manipulator, we can solve the problem of woven bag's deviation when it is turning around .At the same time, it is much more nicety to feed the cutting bag into sewing machine , make sewing bottom more standard, lower the rate of inferior-quality product.
6. Sewing Part.
This machine adopted advanced New long industry sewing machine (made in Japan), which makes it more efficient.
