・Individual motor driving
Individual motor driving system employes each spindle and automatic yarn pick-up device makes yarn-end pick up automatically and simply.
Yarn speed varies from 50m/min(60Hz). throng stepless speed controller in accordance with nature of yarn.
In addition, non-touch yarn breake sensor and slow-starting device are provided which are very effective function for operation.
・Prompt drying device with Double-Reel System
Sized yarn can be dried while yarn proceeds from left to right on Double reel with tefrom finish, placed in verticality, and ideal & prompt drying of sized yarn is assured without any shrinkage at application of any kinds of yarn.
・Heat air circulation device
Heat air circulation device, electric type heater, with forced air fan assures drying of yarn in safety at utmost efficiency. In addition, temperature is freely controlled by automatic temperature controller at specified temperature. (Another specifications ; Steam Heater Type)
・Permeable sizing device
Two-step roller system and sponge roller assures stabilized starch permeation into yarn, and squeeze type roller which enables more deep permeation to yarn can be adopted on extra supply.
