Technical requirements:

- Choose the weldless steel tube or coil pipe welding.

- Tempering and quenching treatment, the special request can use intermediate frequency of quenching.

- Boring inner holes, keep evenly thickness inside.

- The heat deformation will become small after heated, (length-diameter ratio is1：4 below, when heating reach to 200 ℃, deformation ≤ 0.025 mm).

- Chromium plated, hardness is HRC62 (or spray PTFE to prevent stick)
