Molding Sand Conveying Equipment

Pneumatic Sand Conveying System is the necessary equipment in lost foam and process. It is mainly used for conveying molding sand by air conveying system and belt conveyor.

The sand conveying system mainly includes air compressor, air storage tank, air conveying cone pump, material storage hopper of air conveying and wearing resistance pipe. The molding sand conveying quantity can reach 30T per hour. It can’t be affected by molding conveying distance and conveying height limit which can’t expose casting sand in the whole sand processing process. The workshop environment is very clean.
