Quality assurance originated from the state-of-art design concept, the perfect and optimal structure design, and the parts machining precision that breaks out of the limit:
◇"000" level marble base and integrated rigid planer mobile stand, with the planeness and flatness of the guide rail base surface being no more than 0.005mm. The “light top and heavy bottom” design of the integrated rigid mobile stand can sufficiently overcome the inertial impact to the measuring lens and ensure that the stability of overall mechanism is not compromised in the moving process.
◇For the industry puzzle regarding the kinematic accuracy of moving beam guide rail. We adopted the combination of horizontal and vertical installation of the guide rail and widened the span between two groups of guide rails to the maximum extent in limited space. This structure also makes the best of the precision effect of the "000" level marble base surface and P level high-precision guide rail, and the linear kinematic accuracy after combination is no more than 0.003mm.
◇The combination of HIWIN P level high-precision linear guide rail with TBI ground C3 class ball screw, fully guaranteeing the kinematic accuracy and smoothness of the machine. The grating scale and drive gear are placed between both guide rails to eliminate the influence of Abbe error in the most efficient way.
◇Full-closed loop motion control system, used with high-precision hardware mechanism to enable quick and accurate locating of the target position once for all, with the advantages of quick speed and high precision.
◇German Heidenhain self adhesive metal grating, with the resolution up to 0.0005mm, a high precision and long service life.
◇Industrial CCD GigE camera completely manufactured in Germany, with 1.3 M pixels to achieve ultra-high definition imaging, high-fidelity pictures, a scan frequency of 30 frames per second, highly smooth dynamic pictures, and zero signal attenuation within the range of 10m Ethernet cable.
◇Programmable (LED) Zone 8 ring surface light + coaxial incidence light + Ring 3 Zone 8 auto elevating surface-assisted light (optional)+ tracking bottom parallel light, providing a variety of lighting combinations to easily tackle different complicated measuring tasks.
◇Richly featured and fully automatic CNC measuring software, with the function of intelligent programming and automatic measurement. Its combined use with mouse, keyboard and 3D joy stick can make the operation easy, efficient and convenient.
