1. Equipped with a high performance PLC micro-processor combined with a touchsensing LCD screen. It features a clear graphic display and ease of operation.
2. Extremely stable rewinding tension is achieved by HCI's self-developed precision friction rewinding ring, automatic side-pressure tension compensation and intelligent rewinding diameter control system.
3. 100 sets of data memory capacity for each setting value allows for recording set data for processing materials.
4. Two independnet rewinding motors for maximum operational convenience. There is a pre-warning for no more materials and an automatic machine stop function for when the set length is reached or the material has been broken.
