This step tile roll forming machine,or glazed roofing tile roll forming machine was completed and will be shipped to Russia next week.In order to enter European markets,all of our roll forming machine and other production lines have passed the CE test and are attributed to CE certificate. Due to the bad experience of our original design of cutting,we changed the Pillar type cutting into the current design of cutter, guiding plate type cutter and this guiding plate type can ensure a perfect cutting result,without and scrap on the edges of cut parts,everything smooth and perfect. Under PLC control system,this whole glazed tile roll forming machine produces the step tiles from roll forming, pressing the steps and hydraulic cutting (an encoder will be used to measure the required length of output) fully automatically.
