The heavy gauge corrugated sheet roll forming machine for one of our domestic customers has passed the running test and ready for delivery now. The common corrugated sheet roll forming machine is capable to handle with the materials thickness from 0.3-0.6mm, with wave height 18mm and wave distance 76.2mm, but our this heavy gauge corrugated roofing sheet roll forming machine was designed to handle with the material thickness from 0.8-1.0mm,wave height 35mm,and wave distance 90mm. The diameter of shafts,the main power and hydraulic power for this heavy guage machine are all different from the common corrugated sheet roll forming machine,but the control system remain the same, PLC contorol system that can keep everything automatic,including roll forming,measuring the length and cutting.
