Installation & Commissioning of Roll Forming Machines and Curving Machine in Malaysia

Posted on July 30, 2012 by MTC We went to Malaysia during July 20th to July 28th,2012 for installation and commissioning of our roll forming machines & hydraulic roofing crimping curved machine sold in Malaysia, and the machines were Step roofing glazed tile roll forming machine, trapezoidal roofing sheet roll forming machine,and hydraulic curving machine (crimping curved machine).
The trapezoidal sheet roll forming machine is used to handle with the 0.2-0.4mm,1000mm width prepainted steel coils and to produce the MX30-200-800 profile; the step roofing glazed tile roll forming machine is used to handle with 0.2-0.4mm thickness,914mm width prepainted coils and to MX187-40-750 profile; and the crimping curved machine or the hydrauilc curving machine is used to make the curving trapezoidal sheets made by the trapezoidal sheet roll forming machine.
