PILOTELLI KNITTING MACHINE

Inside our productive unit of Cazzago San Martino (BS) we made all production process phases of a circular knitting machine Pilotelli.
Each component (with the exception of cylinders) is received by our logistic department which provides to sort in different warehouses (after a deep check made by the wuality control department). Particular attention is placed in the programming and management of lead-time.
All components needed to assemble the various model are taken from the warehouse and brought in our workshop where skilled workers erect the machine.
Once completed, the machine is brought in a special ward where we test in run each component for one week.
After the run-up phase the machine is brought in the sampling department where the assembly is completed and especially where the machine are tested in working conditions. In this step we check the quality of fabric produced and we test the safety devices on the machines.
Finally the machine is brought in packaging department where, depending on the country of destinations and means of transport to be used, is prepared for shipment. Again, we use only high quality materials to ensure the final customer a machine perfectly preserved
