Regular maintenance and right operation are the key to prevent fiber laser tube cutter recirculating laser water chiller unit from breaking down. The following ways are for reference.
1.Avoid operating recirculating fiber laser chiller without water, for this can lead to dry running of the water pump;
2.Ensure the environment of recirculating laser water chiller unit is below 40 degree Celsius and well ventilated;
3.Replace circulating water regularly and use purified water or clean distilled water;
4.Stop turning on and off the chiller so frequently and make sure to leave more than 5 minutes for the chiller’s refrigeration process;
5.Clean the dust gauze and the condenser on a regular basis.
