The ball mill drum should maintain a good ventilation condition
As universal grinding equipment, ball mill was used in beneficiation, building materials and chemical industry widely. According to different ways of discharge, the ball mill can be divided into overflow ball mill and lattice-type ball mill.
The ventilation is good or bad inside of ball mill will affect the grinding efficiency directly.
One of the effects of ball mill is discharge the fine powder timely so as not to affect the grinding efficiency; the next is reduces the temperature of ball mill to avoid the plaster plug tail warehouse.
When material moisture content is too large and the ventilation of ball mill is poor, the water vapor face emission problems in ball mill, this situation will lead wet powder adhering and blocking the drum seam reduced the velocity and material throughput per unit time.
