The newest construction and control means are employed on the SMF2402 Series High Temperature and Pressure Package Dyeing Machines with low liquor ratio, less energy consumption and high efficiency to realize the newest dyeing process theory of right-first-time. Responsibility and realiability can be ensured because of the monitering and control function produced by PLC and computer, which provide reasonable flow control, proportional dosing and proportional temperature rise.
The machine is mainly composed of host tank, dye carrier, circulation system of liquor, reversing device, heat exchanger, preheating device, warm up auxiliary tank and addition system.
