Components of PP PE Pelletizing Line
The production line is composed of a series of interconnected machine and equipments,mainly including plastic crusher machine for crushing materials into flakes,floating tank for rinsing PP and PE flakes automatically,separating other debris,various of silt and paper scraps,PVC sorting for separating the PVC materials out,a main extruder for extruding and melting the plastic,an auxiliary extruder for further melting the plastic and making it into strips,cooling tank for cooling the strip by water.
Process of PP PE Pelletizing Line
This Polypropylene Polyethylene pelletizer uses a series of interconnected machine and euqipments,including feeding and melting the raw plastic material,extruding the molten plastic through a die plate into strands,immediately cooling the strands in a water bath,and then cutting them into small,uniform pellets.The pellets are then dewatered,dried,screened for quality,and prepared for storage or reuse.
